Description of work tasks:
- Customer relations and sales management
- Translation project management support
- Competent contact person for potential new customers and existing customers (B2B)
- Active telephone acquisition of new customers and customer consulting in the coastal region in Slovenia and also in the Croatian-speaking region (with appropriate qualification also in English-speaking countries)
- Recruitment of new clients and consulting Presentation of the company and the service portfolio
- Maintaining customer data in the system, including creating customer records, completing and updating customer data, and documenting telephone conversations with customers
- Maintaining customer relationships, including social business networks
- Supporting the project management team with project-related activities, e.g., discussing project requirements with customers
- Preparing and sending quotes in coordination with Project Managers
- Independently organizing all activities from initial contact, company presentation, service presentation, quote follow-up, price negotiations (in consultation with Project Managers) up to contract conclusion
- Market research, market exploration as well as networking with decision makers via common social media networks
- Complaints processing in coordination with Project Managers
- Carrying out written and telephone consultations and quotes negotiations including follow-up and analysis of rejected quotes
- Participation in and co-organization of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty programs
- Preparation of tender documents and draft framework agreements in coordination with Project Managers
